The Women’s History Association of Ireland cordially invites you to our Annual Christmas Event and AGM, to be held on Saturday, December 5th, from 2-4pm via zoom.

The WHAI AGM will take place at 2pm. This will include the announcement of our new Executive Committee. We ask that the AGM attendance be limited to WHAI members.

All are welcome from 2:30, for a conversation between former WHAI secretary, Dr Bronagh Ann McShane, and Alan Hayes of Arlen Press, about Margaret MacCurtain, a pioneering figure in Irish women’s history who sadly passed away this year. We invite you to submit your tributes to Margaret through the chat function in Zoom. This will followed by ‘A Women’s Museum for Ireland?’, a panel discussion with Dr Mary McAuliffe and Dr Georgina Laragy.
